There are different kind of categories of people,defining by parts of their characters or different experiences, who are joining to your team.
First category - they are 100% into learning and practicing the system of Networking/ building a team, using all the tools, participating in all trainings etc. But thy don't like the community building part - getting along, communicating live, having gala dinner together, party together . This category of Networkers are not going to succeed!
Second category-those people like only the fun part. They are 100% in every live event, just to get social, they like to party together, having dinner together, maybe even thwybarw looking for a spouse...but they have never learned the the business part, the system of Networking,how to use the tools, participating in trainings etc.This category of people are not going to succeed too!
In order to succeed, and be a real professional, you need to become a third category - doing 100% of both, learning and practicing every part of the business and be social, participating in all local, national and international live events into the calendar and having fun there.
