Never mind, let\u2019s get the bad news out of the way.&nbsp; That new enrollee that you\u2019re just about to take through the new distributor orientation has already been trained to fail. (Probably at least 20 or 30 years ago.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Greetings from Las Vegas where, I\u2019m about to step on stage and break this same bad news to a group of leaders. &nbsp;I need to prepare them for this reality, and alert them to what the solution is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forgive me for being a buzzkill to your optimism about your new team members, as I hate to affirm a negative scenario. But based on the state of the business and social environment you\u2019re operating in right now, there\u2019s a huge probability that this troubling reality is true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone who enters your business comes in with core foundational beliefs about money, success, relationships, happiness, and other vitals components of life and business. Most of them solidified these beliefs before they were ten years old.&nbsp; Children develop core beliefs from the programming they receive from their parents, teachers, and coaches \u2013 and external institutions like the media (especially social), government, organized religion, and the education system. &nbsp;Now let me ask you this\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Would it surprise you to learn that 80 to 90 percent of the programming that you, your team, and the people you wish to enroll is defaulted negative?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even the programming from sources who love you and want the best for you.&nbsp; If you\u2019ve followed my work for any length of time, you know that I\u2019ve studied this programming and the mind viruses that cause it for decades.
